Juilliard graduate and multi-award winning vocalist Jennifer Sheehan is the first performer to have starred in the WNET/WLIW (PBS) TV series, "66th and Broadway." She has performed from coast to coast, including at Carnegie Hall (as the guest of Michael Feinstein), Jazz at Lincoln Center, Town Hall, 54 Below, Guild Hall and the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center. The first-ever recipient of both the Johnny Mercer Foundation's "Margaret Whiting Award" and the "Noël Coward Foundation Competition Award," Jennifer also received the "Dorothy Loudon Award" and the "Julie Wilson Award" for outstanding interpretation of the Great American Songbook. Most recently, she was honored to receive the Mabel Mercer Foundation's "Donald F. Smith Award," for her contribution to "the world of cabaret."
Her critically acclaimed shows have entertained audiences at Café Carlyle, Feinstein's, Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, the Savannah Music Festival, Ely Cathedral (U.K.), Sarasota Opera House and The Historic Asolo Theatre in Sarasota, The Royal Room in Palm Beach, Lynn University in Boca Raton, Southampton Arts Center, Richmond CenterStage, the Juilliard in Aiken Festival, Electric Earth Concerts in New Hampshire, The Gardenia in LA, The Sheldon Concert Hall in St. Louis and other concert venues and private clubs around the country.
Jennifer has performed for many seasons as one of six vocalists and as Mrs. Claus in "The Radio City Christmas Spectacular" at Radio City Music Hall. She has starred as Betty Haynes in "White Christmas," and has appeared in shows at the 92nd Street Y, The York Theater, Bard Summerscape Festival, The MUNY, Boston Musical Theater and on national tours.
Cabaret Scenes said of her debut album, "You Made Me Love You": "It is rare that one singer has as much going for her as Jennifer displays on this new disc." The album has been a featured pick of The Jonathan Schwartz Show on WQXR/WNYC, and can be heard on other radio shows.

As an educator, Jennifer has taught master classes as a returning Guest Artist-in-Residence at Juilliard. In addition to her Bachelor of Music degree from Juilliard, she holds a degree in Music Education, and has years of experience as a classroom music and chorus teacher. She has over a decade of experience as a voice and piano teacher.
She has studied at the Vocal Pedagogy Intensive at Boston Conservatory - Berklee School of Music.
There, she learned from nationally respected voice teachers and coaches, as well as surgeons and voice therapists who work at the world-renowned Massachusetts General Hospital Voice Center. She loves sharing the latest discoveries in singing, voice science and voice care with her singing students!
Most recently, she earned her Level 1 & Level 2 certificates from NYU's Kodály Music Methodology Institute. She enjoys sharing Kodàly's time-tested approach to ear-training and musicianship with all of her voice and piano students .
She is a Teach Music Online Certified Pro Teacher, having completed a seven-phase training and adjudication to deliver the best online music experience possible.
She also holds a 200-hour Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Training Certification.
